I did some stress eating yesterday. I ordered a sandwich with bread cause it's comfort food. But the bread is not really on my eating list. I'm trying to relax about it. Last night I ate a lot of snacks like cheese and nuts and Mac'n cheese. I use food to help me feel better. I know there are better things to do. It's just hard.
