I finally got down to 169.6. I think the soup was the issue. I think even the noodles had too much sodium. I didn’t have any soup yesterday. I had some Doritos this morning for breakfast but I got so involved in my book I didn’t stop to read until 10. It had been about 20 hours since I legit ate. But I wasn’t feeling too much hunger. I got a pretzel dog and a small cheese fries from Sonic. Then I got involved in my book again and I haven’t eaten since 10:45. I’m just forgetting to eat today because I’m distracted. But I have down that I need to eat 3 hard boiled eggs and a weight watchers TV dinner. I have logged in 1,190 calories for the day. Which I know is too low.
I feel fine physically but I think my move is stressing me out so I’m not hungry.
