Today I got an iced latte and another drink from Dunkin Donuts. It was 500 calories total. I had 3 rice cakes close to 10. Lunch at 11 was a can of Hormel ham. I had a little pack of Planters peanuts and a caffeine free regular Coke around 12:45. I got involved with a new book and I didn’t put it down until I realized it getting late. I had a couple hard boiled eggs and a caffeine free Coke Zero for dinner. I didn’t actually have a hot meal today. I try to eat one hot meal a day. My calories were 1,280. I was trying to go up. I don’t think the quality of what I ate was necessarily good. 650 calories in drinks. But I ate protein for both lunch and dinner. Peanuts have some protein too.

I lifted a ton of heavy stuff today. I also made tons and tons of trips up the stairs getting ready to move and have carpets put in. So I moved around a lot.
