I went on that bike ride today. It was a very nice day as it was brisk, cool, and sunny. I was on the phone with my sister today. It went alright but I noticed that she seems to be having memory problems. It reminded me of what it was like when my late mother started having dementia. My mother's dementia came on very slowly and subtle. And then it went out of control later on and it continued to get worse until she passed away. Other people have told my sister that they've noticed her memory lapses. My sister feels very sure that she will never get dementia or Alzheimer's. My mother was like that, too.
