My anxiety sucked today. I took a couple Xanax mid morning. Then 45 minutes ago I took another 1mil and a 1mil XR at the same time. I also took my regular night meds a few minutes ago. So 100 mil of Geodon, 200 mil of lamictal, and 20 mil of propalanol.

I feel kinda woozy and lightheaded right now from everything but I feel better anxiety wise.
