Dinner was vegetable soup with a
few bites of chunks of beef.
I ended up eating the whole quart
and am full now.
hubby would not have liked it because
it only had a few bits of meat.
I put hot sauce in it because it was
boring, so that gave it some zip.
Bought it at sandras some times their
veggie soup is spicy some times it is
not, hit or miss.
I have been doing some charting
and it is going good. listening to
Jerry garcia tape over and over while
charting. it helps to get me going also drinking
tea and chewing gum. Took a break to eat
dinner and be here on the forums for a bit.
almost done with december.
maybe I can go to the gym after I am done charting?
my back feels weird after bending and twisting,
getting charts into and out of the filing cabinet which is
on the floor.The top shelf is not to bad
the bottom shelf pull drawer is tough
because my glasses don't seem to work rite.
well I had better get back to charting
because I want to go to the gym.
