I caved into snacking tonight. the veggie soup left me hungry.
So I ate 5 medium sized pretzels and 3 slices of cheese and a Popsicle that only had 40 calories. Now i won't go to bed hungry! It was over the course of an hour.
It is time to hit the hay.
