So Sorry that you're struggling! i am not sure whom you could call to make your voice heard, but perhaps you can start from some specific complaints about your structure by e-mailing their office or any other place that will listen/accept complaints. Whatever route you take i feel like it will be REALLY good to make your voice heard and Hopefully someone will listen. Just remember that it is hard to change the world entirely by ourselves probably but we can at least make some small changes if we try and with some luck.
