I had a chicken breast and some cheesy potatoes for a late lunch yesterday. Also a biscuit and a candy bar. Then I slept through dinner which was carry out pizza. I weighed myself this morning and I was 171.6. Not bad. I was expecting 173. I don’t think I ate that much yesterday. I had a couple pieces of pizza and some fries from last night at 1AM. Then I had a chicken thigh and 2 rice cakes for lunch. I had a soft pretzel from Sams Club around 3. I probably won’t eat for the rest of the day. I have 1,413 calories down. Although the pizza was at 1AM. So I may actually lose weight tommorow.
