I've been using the Night Light feature to remind me not to start any projects that could keep me up all night.

I use Windows 10. If I ever need to change my Night Light settings, the fastest way I know to get to them is to start typing "night light" into the search box at the bottom left of my screen:

Then click on "Night light" (highlighted in blue) in the search results:

If that search box weren't there I'd have to click on the "Start button" (Windows icon) to the left of it, scroll down to Settings, and choose "System", then "Display", then "Night light settings".
