I feel so depressed and am so much selfblaming with anxiety that in this moment I will make an agreement with myself:
For two weeks I am going to write daily plans either I want to or not, and either I feel bad or not!
Today is Wednesday 27. January. I will evaluate my plan on Wednesday 10. of February.
For now I will write a list for the grocery shop (and a list for dinner for one week).
After that I will watch Netflix at 45 minutes before I decide the next step for today.
