A standing desk – it helps me stay focused, and is better for maintaining weight, and posture. Problem with sitting is it puts too much strain on your neck and back, and allows you to slouch – causes weight gain and fatigue.

Main issue with a standing desk is it can wear you out. Also, I feel more obese when I’m standing as I’m acutely aware of my expanding waistline
