Yay, i finally registered a loss! Just 3 lbs. 260. Ive started exercising on my tiny bike peddler, its really more of a pusher. When i start it hardly budges an inch and i have it on the lowest resistance, but by the end of the hour we are both warmed up. Im not quite breaking a sweat yet. I am eating 2 meals a day, plus natures bakery brownies. Im not really awake for 3 meals. I guess im kinda doing intermittent fasting, cuz i eat between 3 and 8pm? Trying to concentrate on beans, veg, canned fish, soup / pasta, potatoes, fruit. And coffee! Oh and peppermint tea, whuch is supposed to help with digestion.
