I've been ill today. I pretty much stayed in bed. When I got up, I tried to hydrate as much as possible. I think I messed up my sugar last night with a couple of smoothies and I paid for it today. I really have to do better with my diet and sugar intake. Emotionally, I am drained and anxious. When I get in bed, Jazzy curls up next to me and I listen to rain sounds. It's the only soothing thing I have right now.
