Hi, I understand the struggle are you in therapy right now? It’s important for people with BPD have therapy to assist with the daily struggles of BPD. Secondly, I found EMDR helpful in my therapy. Others have used DBT Dialectical Behavior Therapy also useful; I’ve also used it, both forms are helpful. Perhaps one can check out these therapy’s and find some calm in the storms of life. [emoji2]
