Weight steady, yay. Exercising-biking every other day - i am too pooped out the intervening day. Last night i tried making a menu plan for the next month, based on the staples i have on hand.
I rewatched Hi-carb hannah's youtube 8 month old video. I heard it differently now. She also advocates the half-whatever, half-veggie plate. The example she shows, the main part is already half veggie, but whatever!
