I did get enough sleep. My meals have been heaIthy. I have worked in the kitchen, but I have not done my work online. I have been able to work 25 more minutes in the kitchen then expected. Am happy about that! I worked on own problems (CBT) for about 30 minutes. Glad I was able to do that. I already feel more optimistic, now, then I did yesterday. I think that has happend because I have used my day in a stuctured frame. The way I see it, to make structure, is to take control over the situation. The frontal cortex is working while the impulses in the limbic system is lowered. Am reading a book about CBT on how to lower depression and anxiety ... (everybody can find were these areas in the brain are located by doing a google search).

My plans for tomorrow:

... Up early hopefully at 07:00
... Eat breakfast at 07:30
... Remember to take vitamins
... Religious practice
... Work in the kitchen from 9:00 - 10:00
... Continue the work with the CBT selfhelp book for 30 - 45 minutes.
... Sit down and plan what is most crucial to get done and in what order.

Have to come back tomorrow to write the full plan.

To all: Take care!
