Radical acceptance. Accept the voices are there and live with them.

Recognize them, know when it's someone down the hall making noise or a nurse on a computer watching tv.

Use mindfulness to be aware of them and simply notice them, but don't let them get to you. dismiss them as you would dismiss any other thought in a meditation. For this you might have to learn how to meditate.
