My mind can’t even comprehend Covid or the South African variant today. I’ve blocked it out of my mind and I can’t tell if I’m avoiding my thoughts or doing healthy distraction. I’ve only taken one .5 Xanax. I chugged a bunch of water which is my other anxiety coping skill. I have this theory that I can water out my system of anxiety. It’s probably just a bunch of BS distorted thinking. Sounds like a new age yen or zen or whatever type thing actually.
