I don't cover the scars on my forearms when I go out. If I have a cut that is fresh or red, then I bandage that. Otherwise, I can't be bothered-- if someone had a burns or scars resulting from accidents, they probably wouldn't-- so why should I? It's just part of me now so I don't give %#@&#! what people think. As far as my legs, those are kept covered by now only because I have 50+ scars on my calves that are still bright red. Once they fade and are just scars without so much color, I will resume wearing skirts. Everyone in the world has their %#@&#!, and this is mine. I'm not covering or restricting myself anymore. I spent too long trying to do that.
