I’ve experienced similar things, usually at work and I know those particular experiences were due to stress and anxiety. I was also driving home one night and until I got to about a mile from my house I felt like I didn’t know where I was, even though I’ve driven/been driven down these roads nearly all my life. It was just one of those weird things I couldn’t attribute to any underlying feelings at the time.
