Papa bear has a bit of a beer gut but is not overweight. Since I stopped the meds I became allergic to, I lost all the excess weight I put on.
It sounds like your cheat day was fun
I understand though about not having another cheat day in quite a while. (I used to feel that way when I put on more weight on my bear belly
