I t took me a week to get rid of the belly bloat from that one day of drinking. It is not worth it. Soon to be back in the 180's.
If I could just get my bath room behavior right I would be happy.
edited to add: that I just went to the bathroom and it did not hurt!!!!

4-5 peri-colace for chronic constipation
multi vit,, vit c, at noon, tumeric, caffeine at noon
PRN Remeron 15mg at night,
zyprexa10mg under tongue,
requip2mg.
