I just made one last week in therapy. I’ve looked at it a couple nights this week. Basically mine is just 3 coping skills I can use when I’m struggling, 3 outsources of support I can reach out to, and then trying to figure out where the thought is coming from and rationalize it and then replace it with a healthy thought.
