((((purple)))) It's so overwhelming, isn't it? What else can you do with these feelings? I'm not telling you not to cut because that wouldn't be helpful, but I'm wondering if you could just delay it? Journal, draw, do a chore, talk to someone, punch a pillow, snap a rubberband on your wrist, physically exert yourself, etc.... then re-evaluate and if you still feel like cutting... well, you make your decision then.
