Anyone have experience with this?

I enjoy porn, watch it every day that I don't get laid.

My lady thinks I don't watch it.

I cannot masturbate to orgasm without porn or visual stimuli.

Most of the time when I have sex i don't have issues with erections.

Sometimes however I do have ED 1out of 50 times.

I also have noticed as I've transitioned from 20s to 30s my ability to last in bed has gotten shorter. I used to be able to get erect a couple times a night and last at minimum 30 mins. But nowadays I might go 5 mins.

I've always wondered if the above was due to porn usage. I've watched since I was an early teen.

I'd like to stop using it forever because I'm told the benefits of no porn are wonderful all around.

Anyone have any experience with this?
