I lost 3 pounds. I'm just up and down. I wish I had a steady weight loss. I'm changing my diet as much as possible. I quit buying the foods I love. I'm not sure what else I'm supposed to do. I'm not physically capable of exercise. I guess just let it go. I hear you're supposed to accept where you are before you can make any changes.
