I’ve actually lost 2 pounds since yesterday. So I’m 171. I don’t know why I lost weight, because I was so hungry yesterday. But I know Saturday night I had a ton of water. So maybe yesterday’s weight was just water.
Today I had an iced latte and another drink from Dunkin Donuts. Then I had a chocolate rice cake with chocolate peanut butter for breakfast. Lunch will be 3 cups of purple sweet potato, dinner will be a Weight Watchers TV dinner. I’m going to have some Almond breeze vanilla honey milk for a snack tonight.
About 1,270 calories today.
