(I have never had problems with drugs, but we are all human and to think about that helped). I have build a life that was worth living against traumas and flashbacks. For the time being Corona takes away so much. The vaccination of the population, here, are going in slow tact. It is difficult to not be able to participate in the society the way I used too.

Tomorrow:

I will put my shoes and pigs on and go for a walk after breakfast (snow, cold and slippery outside). When I come home after that , I will write a list.

I wish you well, Jennifer, with your try to pick up your routines again!

To all: Be well and take care, one step at the time!
I overslept for 4 hours today My blood sugar was so low that I did not dare to take my diabetes medication. I feel very tired. I have used the day, so far, to read Newspapers and looking at programs for my religion. The tiredness has not had an impact on my mood tough. I am sitting here telling myself that the best I can do is to try to enjoy the day the way it is.

For now I will measure my blood glucose, eat, take a small walk, winter dressed from top to toe, and visiting grocery for a few things I need.

My highest priority for this day: To come through the day as best I can, be satisfied with that, eat healthy and go to bed at a decent time.

To all: Take care and accept your situations as best you can!
