I’m back to 169. Today I had the usual iced coffee. I got some potato wedges too. I had a breakfast TV dinner and 8 crackers for lunch. For dinner I had a can of Spaghettios with franks. I’m being told stuff about dieting that I don’t believe. I believe it’s all calories in calories out. You can eat a thousand calories of only Doritos and twinkies and lose weight. 3 thousand calories of broccoli you will gain. It’s about quantity not quality. Not saying it’s good to eat just a thousand calories of Doritos and Twinkies. But I strongly believe in calories in vs calories out. And I don’t believe in starvation mode either. I lose fast on just 800 calories a day. I will not believe anything anyone tells me. And yeah 169 pounds is not a good weight for my height. It’s not bad, but I can lose 29 pounds and be totally fine.
