I don’t know. I just know my diet has always been bad basically my entire life and for the past 5 years I’ve been under 200 pounds and I rarely eat vegetables or fruit and I very rarely exercise. Basically all I do is just eat less calories. My therapist is trying to tell me my frequent infections are from my bad diet. I’m not saying that’s not true but I don’t really get it.
But yeah I see your point.
My liver was messed up when I was 236 pounds but once I got down to about 200 it got better.
Today I had some peanut butter and a Mountain Dew for breakfast. For lunch I had a hard boiled egg and a dorayaki. I’m going to have a bag of steamed vegetables in a bit. Dinner will be a little can of spaghettios and also a cup of Almond breeze vanilla milk.
