Yesterday i had a big ramen for lunch with a box of baby spinach and arugula stirred in, then later i had 2 packs of bachelors tomato cup of soup. Also oranges and brownies and bananas and coffee. I showed a little weight loss today, maybe a lb or two? Its hard to see and the needle wiggles a lot. I have really cut down on the tagamet over the past month so i am happiest about that. Like maybe once a week now.
I am trying to wait to see what i FEEEEEL like eating for my first meal. I eat a couple of oranges and maybe coffee, then just try to not overeat, or else it messes up my whole day. Pretty pathetic.
