I filled out the forms to the best of my knowledge and went back to the clerk of court this morning. They would not accept the forms because i had no address and her last name has been changed. She married the boyfriend and we do not know his last name. So doing a restraining order is now not an option.

Clerk of Court told us to call the police and file a report with them so that they have a record of it. That i've already done in the past, but the police said filing another one more up to date is worth doing. They told us when she shows back up to automatically call the police and they will be here within minutes.

I just wanted to let you all know what has happened since you've all helped so much. Thank you and if we can find out more information on her we will go through with the restraining order.
