OH, Chalmette, I am so sorry to hear you are having to deal with this woman!
I did have experience with a stalker, calling the police numerous times. On the night of the "incident" with this character, I had called the police who went to talk to him, angering him, while he was down the street at his parents' house. It culminated with his breaking thru my patio door with a gun he had stolen from the parents' house. He tried to shoot me several times. I am relataing this because this person, who stalked me, was also an addict and it sounds like this woman who is harrassing you has similar addictions.
Please be very careful. The police weren't very effective until this incident i related.
