I ended up having a can of fatfree refried beans with some Oloves and 3 Suzy's Corn thins, an orange, a coffee. Then i was still hungry so i microwaved a couple of med-small russet potatoes, which i ate without salt or anything, even tho by the time they were done cooking, i was done with my coffee and i wasnt STARVING, but i wasnt stuffed either. So i think it was okay. Esp since im kinda doing intermittent fasting. About 18-6?
Maybe red peppers for dinner, i havent had any veg today.
