I dont think im stressing my body tooo much because im sleeping during most of my fasting! And it makes it easier for me NOT to eat after i go to bed because im afraid to get heartburn, i just hate it.

Dr NOW on my 600 lb life says meals should only last for 20 minutes, i need to start heading that way.

Between winter, and not wanting to go to the store because of covid, and my fridge is still broken, and just trying to find a way of eating that WORKS - not too much, not too little, just right! And no anxiety around it, and no bad poops! AND includes chocolate -

Basically, i am trying to find out what suits me, not trying to follow somebody elses plan. Its a real mindset change more than anything. And i feel like i havent succeeded at ANYTHING in so long, that going to bed without heartburn setting in is a major accomplishment.
