You don't say what, exactly, didn't work but here's an example. The old URL is:

http://forums.psychcentral.com/subscription.php

It takes me to an "Account Suspended" page with this address showing:

http://forums.psychcentral.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi

I take out the parts in red and add the parts in green...

http://mysupportforums.psychcentral.comorg/subscription.php

...to get this...

http://mysupportforums.org/subscription.php

...which does take me to the page I wanted.

If I tried to do that same edit to the address that comes up for the "Account Suspended" page...

http://mysupportforums.org/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi

... I'd just get the "Account Suspended" page that's supposed to come up if mysupportforums.org ever stops existing at whatever facility hosts it.
