Powerlessness is something that I understand. It is awful for someone with PTSD. My thoughts are with you.
I have CPTSD, anxiety and severe depressive episodes. My body is burnt out.
I am too in a situation right now where I am powerless. I am now finding small ways to take back some power but it is hard. Sometimes there are no ways to take power back.
Raising children alone is hard with PTSD. You sound a credit to yourself and your child.
