I’m back to the plan my dietician and I worked on. I’ve just been going too long without eating and it was making me feel sick and unable to get out of bed. So I’m back to oatmeal and coffee for breakfast. Soup with no broth with 4 crackers for lunch, and 3 eggs for dinner. Also Jif to go peanut butter too at some point during the day.
I also did 17 minutes on my walking machine this morning.
