I was always resistant to doing a mood chart. Finally, to appease my therapist I did a written (on paper) mood chart. Surprise - it was really helpful! The chart also helped me keep track of how meds were affecting my moods.
Then I started doing the mood chart on this site. I entered the info at the same time every day & it worked out really well - until Healthline took over. Now the Mood Chart doesn't work anymore. Very disappointing. I haven't returned to the written one.
