A week ago I heard a lady outside scream a few times. It scared me but I went back to sleep. Then Thursday night I heard a lady scream and then a man in a very deep voice go “ha. ha” this went off and on for about half an hour. I swear I’m not making this up. I was wide awake both times when it happened. Unless I am totally going off the deep end, this is really going on. I live in an incredibly safe neighborhood. I’ve suspected my next door neighbor is not very nice to his wife, but this stuff I’m hearing is like serial killer stuff.

Am I just losing it? I’ve hallucinated before but never like this. This just seems so real.

Based on my behavior this week, and now this stuff, I will for sure be asked to go IP when I see my therapist on Tuesday. I think I’ll wake my mom up the next time this happens.
