Today I had some udon noodles and a cherry Vanilla Coke for breakfast. Lunch was 2 soft beef tacos and one loaded nacho taco from Taco Bell. Dinner is going to be an egg and 3oz of a ham steak. I have down 1,258 calories. I did 36 minutes on my Gazelle walking machine this morning. I’m thinking of doing another 24 to make it an hour but my stomach is really off right now probably from lunch, my shot this morning, and all the crap I took last night. So I’m waiting a bit.
