I’m managing with just my one Xanax XR so far. I tried cutting it in half, well my mom did, and even with a huge butcher knife she couldn’t do it. So I’m kinda like “I don’t know” about how to handle my anxiety. My Pdoc called in the wrong Xanax. He called in the 1mil XR for once a day when it should be 1mil medium release twice a day. I have some .5 I’ve been taking in addition but I’ve been taking a lot of those. And I mean a lot. Some people turn to food or alcohol. I turn to anxiety meds.
