I controlled my depression pretty well today. I was able to ignore her for a lot of the day. Then I just decided to start reading again. I still have books from the library. Right now I’m kind of anxious and panicky. But I just need to control it. Everything I’ve had issues with is hidden. And I’m under all 37 pounds of my weighted blankets. I’m going to clear my mind and do deep breathing and try to sleep.
