Well, of course we here at PC care! And you know this because you posted for our help.
I'm sorry to hear you are at that point and are having trouble coping with what is going on in your life. What other types of coping have you tried tonight? Posting is good, but not if the focus is on the action you are trying to avoid now... but to change and redirect your thoughts and feelings..and thus maybe your urges.
You are worth a lot you know? You are somebody... though you may not think so. Everyone copes in different ways... and there are many ways even here at PC... playing some of the games is one of them... posting to others, chatting.. all good ways to redirect your thoughts.
