Im so excited

i found DRIED riced cauliflower and broccoli. I just made millet with the cauliflower and mixed in some 3 bean salad for protein, and then tried to season the heck out of it.
So now my tummy is full but i dont feel stuffed, like when i eat plain millet. So this might be my way to the 50/50 starch/veg plate diet, all with shelf-stable foods. The cauliflower was toasted looking, so it wasnt bad, and i could hardly tell wth i was eating. But i could shovel it in, and isnt that what ultimately matters?
