Coffee made me lose the water weight from eating salty restaurant food. Back to BMI of exactly 18.5.... somedays more, somedays less.
I restricted a little but yesterday after a stressful evening class I had pistachios as a snack, bringing me to maintenance. I immediately felt fat and flabby and wasted the whole day body checking. I was worried that since I haven't had time to exercise, my muscle turned to fat. And even though my weight stayed the same, muscle had been replaced my a lot of fat, meaning I would have expanded.
