There is a group called Self Mutilaators Anonymous or SMA (I hate the name!)

They have an online group session on Monday nights @ http://selfmutilatorsanonymous.org/?page_id=7

I have attended the online meeting before because I also could not travel to the SAFE program even though my T really thought I need to.
