the question you should be asking is...what's wrong with my father? dear one....you are the victim....and yes, it's a complicated issue...but you have full permission to love the abuser yet hate the abuse....concentrate on taking care of yourself...hell don't even go to this wedding if it means nothing to you but hurt.....as for your' dad, he's the product of his own demons....but they aren't yours...be kind to yourself...you deserve it...love g
