Fairly regularly actually. We seem to shop in the same stores.

When I was in college, I worked at Burger King and my psychiatrist came in every Sunday for breakfast with his daughter. She was so cute.

My 2nd therapist was also my pastor, so we ran into each other in all sorts of non-therapy events.

I seem to have always run into my therapists in the community, so it doesn't bother me.

I get it though. I am a teacher, and it is always funny how students react when they see me out and about. Some are like all excited (yes, even high schoolers) and introduce me to their parents or friends. Others prefer to pretend they don't see me even when it is obvious they have. LOL. That's fine. Whatever works for them.
